Astronomical club-1

One day, we found an astronomical club called Astronomical society, near Fergusson Park! The chief of the the club was Harry Tobias. I wondered if I could learn more about space! So I joined the club and became a member!

The first interesting thing that I've learnt there was how the moon was born! Because it was a very extraordinary way of how the planets crashed together and the moon plopped out! I also got to use the telescope! Icould see the cluster of stars and the very cool thing was watching Saturn with its rings and I could also see it's moons which there were so many!

After that we went out to see some constellations. I realised some constellations I saw were actually bigger than we thought! Finally, we watched a DVD about the moon. We realised that if the moon didn't exist, there would'nt be any waves. And it always orbits around the earth. when it was hometime, we got a star chart for watching the constellation! We decided to come here every two weeks!

The Moon

The moon is the earth's companion and is the second brightest thing in our sky. It is also the symbol of love and horror.

4.5 billion years ago, the solar system had 20 planets. Earth was an extremely violent world. Super volcanoes and supreme boiling lava fields and asteroids were showering down the heavens and life did not even exist. Then one of the planets called Thea collapsed on to the earth. Our planet survived but Thea was destroyed. After the explosion, the moon appeared!

It is also known as the largest satellite of a planet in the solar system. There's also a folk story that moon is made up of cheese! A brave man named Neil Armstrong was the first man to step on the moon! He said "One giant leap for mankind". In the country Korea, they also believe that there is a rabbit on the moon because of the giant spots on them that represents the shape!

The planet has no water and no food or living things. It has craters which are the holes on the moon. Most of them are made because of asteroids hitting the moon and protecting the earth. It is also known as months. For example, 10 months can be ten moons. It takes 29 days for it to orbit the earth. People also think that the wolf's life depends on them!

Man In Black 3

An intergalactic criminal, Boris the animal escaped because of his girlfriend Lily Poison who freed him from the LunarMax Prison on the moon. He then plans is to murder agent K from man in black who shot off his arm and captured him. It happened in 1969 July the 16th. And after an investigation of a crash landing of a spaceship, they go in a Chinese restaurant that has people that has unusual powers and personalities! The waitresses have antennaes on their heads! Then Boris the animal appears and chases Agent K and J. At the end, Boris says "you are already dead, you just don't know it yet,". Then he disappears in an explosion.

Agent O the new Chief and K soon realised in the headquarters that Boris has timejumped to 1969 to kill agent K! Boris goes to Obadiah Price, the creator of the time travel device. Then Boris time jumps! J sneaked in as well to stop the animal and save K. Then he goes to a place called Coney Island but then K which is a junior agent and 29 years old which is way younger than K in the present time, arrests him and asks questions in the MIB headquarters when young Agent comes by as well! And chief X who's dead by now in the present!

Then K puts him in a giant neuraliser until J tells him that he's trying to save him from Boris the animal. As a team they go in the factory and meets agent W and Griffin the alien the son of Obadiah that could tell the future. Suddenly the young Boris attacks him and Griffin goes away because Boris is here to snatch him. The agents found him on the Shea stadium. Then the animal snatches Griffin. But J and K go on monocycles and catch up with them and saves Griffin. He gives them the Arcnet that instucts them to place it on the Apollo 11 Lunar launching. But on the way, they are arrested by a military police. But then the Colonel then lets them to carry on their mission because of Griffin who uses his powers to convince him.

Then J uses his time device to confuse Boris and to defeat him and K defeats the younger Boris as well! Then when K gets to the Colonel , He congratulates him but the younger Boris was still alive and killed the Colonel. Then a small kid comes and looks for his dad which was the Colonel! So then K adopted him. And the kid was actually young J! So then J returned to the present and it all ended.

The Avengers superheroes

This afternoon, 5:30pm, we went to the cinemas to watch the movie that I've always wanted to watch. "The Avengers"! I was so excited and very desperate to see it!

 

Loki, Brother of Asgardian Thor, god of thunder encounters with a leader called the Other of an alien race known as Chitauri. In exchange for giving the powerful energy source known as the Tesseract to the Other, He promises to give him a Chitari army to conquer earth. On earth, Nich Fury, the director of a company called S.H.I.E.L.D has the Tesseract and his Physicist Dr. Eric Selvig is experimenting on it. Then the energy source suddenly opens a portal that led Loki in. He had a scepter that could be used as a weapon and enslave people. He enslaved most of the agents in the lab including a superhero called Hawkeye, real name is Clint Barton.

Nick Fury then gathers all the Avengers. Natasha Romanoff also known as Black Widow is ent to India to get Dr. Bruce Banner, The Hulk, Agent Phil Coulson picks up Tony Stark that's Iron Man. And Fury Gets Steve Rogers, Captain America. Then Loki was captured but freed by his brother Thor and tries to convince Loki to stop and abandon his plan but then he was confronted by Iron man and Captain America. Thor agrees he should be imprisoned. While that was hapening, Banner and Tony was finding the Location of the Tesseract that's been stolen by Loki's Agents. Then Hawkeye and the agents start attacking the Helicarrier that everyones in. So Bruce banner turns into Hulk and goes out of control.

Loki killed agent Coulson which made the Avengers fight Loki. Dr. Bruce Banner fell to the ground from the Helicarrier! Loki goes to Stark Tower which is Iron Man's Building. Then he tries to enslave him but he couldn't because Tony was half robot! So he threw Tony out of the window but then a suitcase falls and when he lyed on it , He got into his iron suit again! Then a whole army of the Chitauri comes from a portal and attacks the city. Then Bruce Banner came and transformed into the Hulk again to save the world. Then Iron man Pushed the army out to space where he couldn't breathe and then he fell down. Hulk saved him. At the end, Thor and Loki teleported the Tesseract to Asgard and the Avengers could be called if needed!

Mantis miracle The little hatchlings!

It's been months now and the egg pouches haven't hatched. I started to think that it would be impossible to hatch! I waited so long, excited for them to hatch. It's like I've been waiting for ages! One day, when the school bell was about to ring, I saw some things small, white and cute. IT WERE BABY PRAYING MANTISES! They hatched from the first egg pouch! I wanted to shout but it was time to be quiet! Then the bell rung and I dashed off the hallway and went to my mum. She was so joyful! But when we went home, they started to die because they keep started to bump on the hard glass floor.

Then at lunchtime in my school, They started to hatch again! Some died but three still survived.When we got home, I put the babies in a container with sand and plant to make them cosy. My mum caught some aphids for them to eat. How grateful! So I planned to take the babies to school. I put a little label on the container written "Mantis nursery". Most of my friends were impressed of my hatchlings. Some just wanted to kill them. What a torture to nature! While I was in school, my mum saw the hatchlings hatch again! She showed me some of the photos to me. They were cool. They looked so wet when thay hatched first!

Pirates of the Carribean 2 Dead Man Chest

On William's and Elizabeth wedding day, Lord Cuttler Beckett, Head of East India Trading Company arrested them for helping pirate Captain Jack Sparrow. Elizabeth was thrown in prison. Beckett sends Will to Jack Sparrow to get the magic compass that shows where the owner's greatest desire is in exchange for the letters of Marque which will make a british privateer. Then Lord Beckett shall free Elizabeth. While in the Black pearl, Jack Sparrow suddenly meets Will Turner's father, Bootstrap Bill Turner tells him that he must keep his promise of joining the crew of Davy Jones, a pirate that has octupus tentacles on his face and pincers of a crab. But Jack disagrees. Then Turner says that if he doesn't join, Davy Jones' pet the Krakken will drag him to Davy's ship, the flying dutchman. Then he grabs Jack's hand and giving a mark known as the Black Spot.

After the talk, one of the crew found a paper that had a drawing of a key. They thought it could unlock something valuable! But of course they needed to find the real key. Then when they reached land, the crew was kidnapped by a cannibal tribe and they worshipped Jack while secretly trying to kill him. Will finds the Black Pearl  and goes in to the forest on the island. Then he was kidnapped too by the tribe. He was then taken to Jack Sparrow. He whispered, "Save me"! Then two of the crew of Captain Barbossa comes and joins the Black Pearl's crew. Then the Pearl's crew and Jack luckily escapes and boards the ship. Then Will and Jack mkes a deal again. If Will helps Jack find the key, he would give him the magic compass to free Elizabeth. Later, they went to the voodoo priestess known as Tia Dalma. She said that the key opens the dead man's chest , and inside is the heart of Davy Jones. She gives a jar of dirt for protection because a curse stops Jones from stepping on land for 10 years. While that happened, Elizabeth was freed by her dad.

When Will was caught by Davy Jones on the flying dutchman, he was mad for not keeping his promise about being captain of the Black Pearl for thirteen years. But he only got to be captain for only two years and then he got mutinied. So Jones ordered 100 souls in three days or get killed and made to serve the dutchman. There Will reunites with his father and helps him get the key which was in Davy Jones' tentacles while he was asleep. Then Jack uses his compass to find the dead man's chest. And they found the chest and Will arrived. But they were fighting over who can have the heart. So they battled until Davy jones crew arrived. They got on the ship and battled. Suddenly, the Krakken showed up and attacked the ship too. Then Elizabeth showed up and hand cuffed him by the ship leaving him and the Krakken. Then he got eaten. Back at Tia Dalma's place, the crew rested and prayed for Jack. Then, Captain Barbossa showed up!

Pirates of the Carribean The Curse of the Black pearl

In the middle of the sea, Governor Weatherby Swann, his twelve year old daughter Elizabeth Swann and Captain James Norrington was shiprecked when sailing to the Porth Royal, Jamaica. Then a young boy comes in a raft towards the ship and he was faint. Elizabeth woke him and he told his name was William Turner. They were in love. A gold medallion was worn on him too. Elizabeth thought he was a pirate. She secretly took it and wore it on her neck. Then she saw the ship that Will came from known as the Black Pearl.

Eight years later, they get back to their city. But when the medallion touches the seafloor, it sends a water pulse to the cursed black pearl. Then, a notorious pirate that comes in a ship called Jack Sparrow arrives in the city. Suddenly Elizabeth accidentally falls in to the sea and Jack saves her. But because Jack was a pirate, James Norrington arrests him. But he runs and goes in to the smith's to uncuff him self. But then William shows up and battles Jack. At first Willam was about to win but then Jack held up a gun . But Norring ton caught him and arrested him.

Then some pirate crews come kidnapped Elizabeth and took him to their Captain Babossa and he wanted the medallion. She didn't give it and fakes her surname as Turner.  Will makes a deal with Jack that he would help will find Elizabeth if Will frees him.Then Jack and Will sailed to captain Barbossa's place. While the crew attack Jack's crew. Barbossa and his crew has the curse when they stand by the moon light, they become their skeleton. The way to get rid of it is that the medallions and each of the pirates blood must return into the chest of the medallions.
Then Jack sparrow attacks Barbossa he then stabs him in the heart. But Barbossa was immortal. Then he stabs Jack in the heart. But he doesn't die too. because he had the curse too! The two immortals keep fighting and battling until, Will drops the two meddallions stained with Jack's and Barbossa's blood. Then Barbossa dies and his crew dies as well. Then, they escape to the city when Jack was free.

The Lorax Dr. Seuss

In the afternoon, we went to cinemas to watch a movie called them Lorax made by Dr. Seuss! We got our tickets and went in to the cinema to dip my hands in the popcorn to eat and enjoy the show.

 Once there was a city called Thneedville where a man named O'hare ruled the town. He hated plants and flowers. He especially hated trees. There was no living plant in the town for it was plastic, inflatable and electrical. It was like the future of this modern world! There was also a boy named Ted that had a girlfriend named Audrey. Audrey wanted more than anything a living tree. So Ted asked his grandma how to find one. She suggested that he should go and talk to the once-ler. So he went outside of the city and went to the once ler. Then he told Ted what happened to trees. It was all his fault too.

When the once ler was a young and bright man, he decided to find some materials to make products for selling. Then he arrived at a forest that had so many trees that had leafs which were softer than anything and so colorful. The forest filled with bears, fishes and birds! HE started to chop the trees and collect the leafs for making the product called Thneed! It's sewn with the leaves and made into a cloth. It can be used to clean up things, soak up water and use it as a hat. After the first tree was chopped down, the guardian of the forest came called the Lorax and commanded him to leave. But he disagreed.

 He once threw his bed with him in it to the river to drift away but the Lorax saw that leaded directly to a water fall! So he saved the once ler's life. Then he left to sell his products the Thneed. But everyone just laughed at him. But suddenly, a woman started to like the product! SO everyone loved the Thneed. Then more trees were chopped and when the last tree was chopped, no one loved the product any more. The animals now left the forest. And then the Lorax went up in to the sky. So the story was finished. Then there was this writing on a stone placed in the first tree that was chopped written "UNLESS". The Lorax must have sent Ted to save the trees!

 The once ler then dropped a seed that could make the trees grow back! So Ted planted the seed in the city for everybody to see and many trees grew fast!

 Moral: "Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. Its not." -Dr.Seuss.

So many egg pouches!

Now we have six egg pouches! I searched on the Internet and found out that we must spray mists of water on the egg pouches every day. They must stay in the shade all the time. Then they'll hatch in three to six weeks. I really should have done that before! I also found out that the lifespan of most tropical preying mantises is ten to twelve months.

A week later from our camp, we finally saw a mantis laying it's, egg pouch! It was leaving the foamy mass of the egg pouch that was drying quickly. It laid half of it's pouch so far. Then another one was made when we were camping in our backyard. And today when we were,eating dinner, one more appeared! I love this holiday!

I keep wondering if I should remove the mantises away from the egg pouches because They might eat the baby mantises when they hatch. And the babies will also eat each other! I might need to put the tank outside to let the babies escape when they hatch. Or should I keep them in a separate tank? I need to think, fast. I might need to give some to my friends.

I 'm also planning to have a tank full of spiders when I've learned enough about mantises! I could have huge webs spread all over the tank! The girls might not like it because they're afraid of spiders most of the time. Maybe I could be an entomologist(insect expert)when I grow up! Then I could teach people about insects!

The Hunger Games chapter 2-3

Primrose was so terrified. But she had no choice. Then suddenly, Katniss shouts, “I volunteer! I volunteer as tribute!” Katniss became a replacement for Primrose! Gale takes Primrose away and she didn’t want Katniss to die. She says, “No! You can’t go!” Katniss makes her let go of her. Effie Trinket agreed. Then Effie picks a name from the boy’s glass ball. “Peeta Mellark”! she says He’s the son of the baker who gave Gale the bread for his squirrel. Katniss’ father died in a mine accident three months ago. Then she was the leader of the house. Her mother was weak and ill. Katniss bought her food from the market and took care of her family and now, her mother will be the leader because of Katniss’ abesent. Gale was helping too and taking care of Prim. Then Peace keepers[Guards of the hunger games] came and took Katniss and Peeta to

the train.

 It was so luxurious. Then she received a golden pin that was a bird called a mocking jay. Long ago, there were the species called the Jabberjays which were exclusively male and had the ability to repeat human conversation. They were used to defend the Capitol too. Then the enemies decided to abandoned them in the wild. But instead, they mated with the mocking birds and the mocking jays were born. They could repeat human melodies by chirping. Katniss’ dad loved them. They were also used as signals. Hamitch, the mentor of the two tributes was supposed to be here but he took a nap. Then they had supper. Katniss never had food like this before. She used t have mice meat! Then Hamitch came in and he was drunk and vomited on the carpet floor. “So laugh away!” says Effie.

The Hunger Games Chapter 1

In a place called District 12, also known as the Seam, a girl named Primrose Everdeen screamed and was frightened because of her bad dreams. Katniss Everdeen her sister was there to calm her down. Prim was was scared because she didn't want to enter the Hunger games. The rule is only one tribute [means participant] shall live in the end and be the winner. She was afraid if she'd die because she put her name in the draw for her name to be picked up! She was a little traumatised. Katniss's family was poor. She had to catch deers and other animals to cook and fished in lakes. Her friend gale then came and brought her some bread from the bakery.

It cost him a squirrel for it.They talked about this lady called Effie Trinket that comes here every year to collect the tributes for the Hunger Games. She says, "Happy Hunger Games! May the odds be ever in your favour!'. One Girl and Boy will come from each of the the twelve districts competes every year in the game. Everyone now went to the main Town Square. Effie Trinket was in between two glass balls filled with girls and boys names wating to be drawn out . Effie said, "Ladies First!".She drawed out one name and it was Primrose!

I really think Primrose shouldn't go! She's not prepared! I hope she'll be alright!

Camp day 2 with my Dad

We packed all our food and clothes because we are leaving the holiday park. Next, we went to the Auckland museum! Then I saw this exhibition called "The Poisoners"! I asked my dad if we could go there. And he agreed. Then when we got inside, a detective with his magnifying glass came out. He said we need to solve the case of who murdered the brilliant scientist, Dr. Felix Splicer was murdered and how it happened. The scientist was killed by an insect or an animal or a poisonous plant.

There are four suspects. Toxica Fay Tully, Sharky Costeau, Helix Splicer[Felix's twin brother] and Anastasia Nastie. Five clues are hidden in each room of the four suspects. The clues are like this. Example: Ant+u-nut=a. So you gather up all the letters you find and unscramble them, then it's the weapon that killed the scientist! But first we must find who the poisonous thing belongs to. And it was the scorpion that belonged to Anastasia Nastie! We thought it was the scorpion fish that belonged to Sharky Costeau!

                            



After we solved the mystery, we went to to the Butterfly creek that we saw by the Auckland airport! Each of us needed to have a ticket bracelet to enter the creek. First we saw the aquarium filled with small and big fish. We also saw clown fishes in the anemone. Then we entered the butterfly house! It was hot and so warm. The air felt different. It's like my nose is blocked by the heat waves and I'm breathing heavily. Lots of butterflies landed on me and it felt creepy! One landed on my head! I saw lots of catterpillars as well!

We got out of the butterfly house and into the alligator's home! I saw that alligators can grow up to about the length of football net! I touched one of the younger alligators and the scale felt just like those leather boots people used too wear. Poor alligators. Used to make luxurious products. And I saw the alligators had goggle-like eyelids to swim under water. They open and close sideways! I wish I had one of those eyelids! Ordinary modern goggles are sort of uncomfortable! Then I'll have three eyelids!

When we left Butterfly creek, my dad rove us to the apple orchard restaurant! I was so hungry! Then when I took a look at the mantises! beside the second egg pouch, was another big egg pouch! It must have been made while we were in the car! It was made by Manty's friend, Mesh[Between Manty and Fresh]. So we went inside the the restaurant and ate beef, and other deliscious food! The orchard also had a cat! Her name was Susan! She was fat and chubby.

At night, we dropped dad and my little sister off at our house then me and mum could pick Tigress up from my friend's house. When we returned, A miracle happened! A butterfly just hatched! It was drying it's wings! I tried to free it and then a chrysalis fell down! It was about to hatch! I hoped it was still alive! I prayed for it to hatch. I was so sad. At least the caterpillar was still OK! Next morning, The butterfly hatched! So I freed it by putting it on the floer to suck nectar!

Camp day 1 with my dad

At about eleven o’clock, we packed our clothes, and things to get ready to camp in a city holiday park called “Manukau”. And also, my dad is coming to New Zealand! He’s coming to our camp too! Actually, he’s organizing it!

We had to go all the way to Auckland airport, it took three hours! Luckily, I brought my laptop to watch movies and write my journals to earn money for my I pod! We also stopped and bought some food to eat but I wasn’t very hungry.

We finally made it to the airport. Then I was starving! So we went to a restaurant and ate some noodles and chicken and they were so scrumptious! After eating, we went to arrival’s entry. It took a long time to wait for dad!

Since we waited thirty minutes, dad came! I was so happy! We drove to the holiday park! On the way, I saw a wonderful place! It was called butterfly creek! I also saw alligator pictures! I got a brochure of it at the holiday park! Our room was cabin 3.

We went to New world to buy some food for dinner! I chose fizzy drinks and some steak and chips. There was a big feast and it was good! I watched TV and caught bugs outside too for our pray mantises to eat as well!

It was a great day today! I wonder what we will do tomorrow! I sort of felt sad because we’re leaving the next day! Oh well, there are lots of other good places to camp in the world!

Tigress, something that has great meaning for me

Something that has great meaning for me in my house is my little kitten Tigress. A kitten found, not sold! I like her because she's playful, smart and well behaved. I also named her Tigress because she looks sort of like a tiger!

 It all started when my cat, the American shorthair, was pregnant and brought something that squeaked. It was the cutest  little kitten I've ever seen! We had three kittens. And there was Tigress. Ginger, black and grey fur spreaded through her body. She was sort of different from the others. And the rest were Black cat and Nala.

 They were still blind. So furry. We feeded it milk when the mother went outside. The babies sticked together with their mom. They were a Christmas present! A few months later they began to open their eyes and walked and ran theirselves!

 The mother started to seperate herself from the babies. From that moment, We made them the "Kitten Dreamhouse"! It had a blanket and some toys. Then my mum bought them some cat litter.

 The kittens always made me feel better when I was upset. Especially Tigress! Unfortunately, the care taker of the mother cat decalred that she should send the cats away and leave one behind! It was also up to the house owner! I didn't feel well at school.

I was so worried if Tigress wouldn't be able to live in our house! I prayed for a miracle. And it happened! Tigress was able to live with us! I was so happy! I decided to take care of her very good as she was a family member!

Mantis miracle Holi-day 2

One early bright morning, when I was so tired from yesterday, I couldn't believe my eyes, there was the third egg pouch! I couldn't tell who layed it because there were so many mantises now! It was stucked on two sticks. And the second one started to change color to brownish yellow. We also caught lots of bees in Yatton park yesterday and Fresh ate them all! But this time, we caught lots of mantises! We got many male ones and most of the females mated with them. I also saw one mating two males at the same time! And my mum seperated one of the males. Some males got off the females at the end of mating.

 They didn't get eaten! I also found out that male mantises curl up their tails and hangs on to the belly! And mantises lay egg pouches on stable and strong, thick surfaces. When we were at the library, my little sister foung something there! Another pray mantis! It was one of those kinds that left brown liquid on my hand. We put it in our  tank. Unfortunately, it got eaten by Alice. One mantis is mating now it's its first time! Its belly is getting fat and chubby!

Mantis miracle Holi-Day 1

It was the first day of the school holidays today and we were gardening.But I didn't do it. I decided to catch butterflies with my butterfly net! I fed two to the pray mantis. They were small as my rubber! But they left the wings out. I saw in a book about butterflies that their wings can leave a sickness to the predators when they eat them. That could also be the reason! We also fed some purple ones. But the under side of the wings were brown. They really looked like leaves! I just hit the grass for some butterflies to come out. Suddenly, a huge flying insect came out! I thought it was a queen bug or something! But when I took a closer look, it was a MONARCH BUTTERFLY!!! I caught it and brought to my house. It looke really poor. It could only live for about a month! So I set it free. I also saw it by the electric cables. I also found out that there were some Monarch caterpillars are! They were buy the swan plants in my neighbor's house nextdoor!

When my mother was gardening, a great thing happened! She found another pregnant mantis! Then we added the male Chinese mantis that we caught last night! Unluckily, he got eaten by Manty. Mum caught three more mantises:

This is Alice. the first mantis mum caught. She looks alot like Manty. Her kind is same as Manty as well. I named her Alice because I wanted the tank to look alot like a wonderland to herself!

This is Fresh. A replacement for a female mantis that was caught at my school that was bitten by my cat which made her flat as a non inflated ballon also named Fresh! But I think she's still alve.

Meet Crystal. A real giant! Almost bigger than Manty! Her legs have these purple thick stripes. As you can see, a male mantis is riding on her which means that they are mating! I hope they don't get killed!

This is the mantis family! It really feels good to have many insects together!

Gnomeo and Juliet

This movie was made in February 11th 2011 British computer animated film by William Shakespeares' Romeo and Juliet. It was directed by Kelly Asbury.

In a city were two houses. They were red and blue. At the houses' backyard was a fence. And at each side were two lands. They were red and blue too! It was the kingdom of the gnomes. The two teams were enemies and they fought and teased each other. One day, there was a race of driving lawn mowers! Sadly, the red team won. Gnomeo, the son of the queen of the blue team had enough of the red team and was so mad. He and his friend went to go inside the red's side. But first he disguised himself. Suddenly, He saw a flower.

 It was  beautiful! When he went to go and  pick it, he saw a young lady dressed as a ninja. They were in love but fighting over the flower (without shouting). But they fell into the water and saw that they were with their enemies! So they ran away. They met again everyday and was so happy. But suddenly, war began to spread because the red team broke a special plant from the queen's chamber. Gnomeo and Juliet sticked together. Mantis miracle A new birth

Last week, I lended my tank to my friend Jimmy because he had plenty of bugs out in his backyard. When he came back, a miracle appeared, on one of the twigs in the tank was ANOTHER EGG POUCH! I was over- joyed! It looked so perfect, it was better than the first one and so healthy! The other students were surprised too! So I planned to feed it swarms of bugs, for it to make another one! I kept wondering if Fierce or Manty made it.

 I agree it was Manty because she used to be fat and chubby but now her belly floppy and thin. So that could mean the egg pouch is her's. Today I caught many mantises in my backyard. I also found one at school in parent's interview on the bushes. Manty was starving so she accidentally ate Fierce! But we found her some new friends which got eaten by her. Only one is surving now, I hope she can survive so I can find someone to mate with her! Manty has to get rid of her horrible habit. She's like an eating machine!
